I studied business, computer science and design and I’ve worked with all kinds of clients across many industries, like hospitality, mobility, retail and pharma.
Some of the clients I worked most closely with are Schiphol, a.s.r. insurance, Efteling, Landal Greenparks, where I’ve led full redesigns and strategic vision projects on C-level.
I’ve build and coached more than 5 design and research teams, where I worked on starting, recruiting designers and leads, scaling up processes and optimising work organisation. In all these teams, both data analytics and UX research have been a core part.
